Click this One Time Passcode link: One-Time Passcode to begin the request process. For security, upon submitting the request, you will be auto sent an email confirmation. Once you click to confirm your email account, your request will be sent to the Welcome Center Team for review.  We will get back to you within 24 hours of receipt.

A OTP request can be submitted when a student is locked out of their MyVCCCD Student Portal and no longer has access to their recovery email.   A valid photo ID, student ID 900 number and email access are necessary to process a request.

Zoom Video Chat is set up with a waiting room. When you join the appointment, you will join the waiting room first. When a Welcome Center staff member is ready to assist you, they will invite you into the meeting. 

When your meeting starts, be prepared with the items below:

• Valid Photo ID
• Introduce yourself to the Welcome Center staff
• Have your Ventura College Student ID number ready

1. Start a video chat.
2. If nothing prompts from browser, select “Download and Run Zoom.”
3. Enter your full name as it is written on your Ventura College Student ID and select “Join Meeting.”
4. Click “Join with Computer Audio.”
5. You will join the meeting Waiting Room first. When an Admissions staff member is available they will add you to the meeting.
6. When you join the meeting introduce yourself and let us know how we can help you.
7. You can communicate with us by typing in the chat box or by simply talking.
8. When you are ready to leave the session, click “Leave Session” in the bottom right corner.  

1. Download and open the Zoom app from the Apple Store.
2. Select “Join a Meeting”
3. To start a video chat enter Meeting ID: 508 876 3555
4. Select “call via device audio” if prompted
5. Select microphone and camera symbols at bottom of screen until red lines are gone to start audio and video
6. You will join the meeting Waiting Room first. When an Admissions staff member is available they will add you to the meeting.
7. When you join the meeting introduce yourself and let us know how we can help you.
8. You can communicate with us by typing in the chat box or by simply talking.
9. Select “Close” if you wish to return to the video screen.
10. When you are ready to leave the session, select “Leave Session.”

3. If you already have an account you can simply enter your email address and password and select “Sign In”
4. Select “Join”
