Nursing Application Appointment Pre-Screening

August 1 - September 15 Application Cycle

All prerequisite requirements must be completed at the time of submitting this pre-screening form. The pre-screening will be reviewed only between July 19 through September 15. After the review is complete, you will be contacted by the Counseling Office within 3 - 4 business days, if eligible to apply, to schedule a VC nursing counseling appointment.
