Super Supported English 1As are designed to be extra friendly and helpful writing classes with instructors who care deeply about your success.
These classes fulfill the same requirements as any English 1A class. However, in a Super Supported English 1A, campus resources such as writing tutors, librarians, and academic counselors are built right into the class. Super Supported English 1As give you the best chance to get off to a great start as a Ventura College student.
Students who have an overall high school GPA below 2.6 are especially encouraged to enroll in one of the following Super Supported English 1A classes.
