Years at VC: This is my second semester at VC.
Family life: I am married, my husband is a recruiter for the Navy and we have 3 kids, 10 and 4.5-year-old twins.
Hobbies: I like to cook/bake and watch sports.
Favorite food: Buffalo Wings (with bleu cheese)

Something Unique about you: I am a US Navy Veteran.
Name: Kelley Bruns
Role: Senior Administrative Assistant, Business and Administrative Services
Years at VC: 3-1/2 years
Family: Married 14 years with 3 feral sons who’s ages are 11, 7, and 6.
Hobbies: My family and I enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, camping and doing anything that involves being outdoors.
Favorite food: TACOS

Favorite Song: I love all genres and constantly have my Pandora radio stations on shuffle.
Something unique or interesting about you: My family and I help operate a local ranch where we tend to 100+ head of cattle, 5 horses and a few pigs. When the work is done we can be found riding the hillsides and exploring the pond in search of frogs, turtles and other critters.

Role: Director of Student Health Services, Student Health Center Coordinator, Nurse Practitioner
Years at VC: 2 months!
Family: Married to my soulmate for 34 years, 1 daughter
Hobbies: Reading, learning, daydreaming, hiking with my dog, and trying to get back into fitness (bike ride anyone?)

Something unique or interesting about you: I love to nerd out on anything relating to science and I believe that laughter is the best medicine!

Role: Interim Dean of Student Services
Years at VC: Since 2009
Family: Two kids, Mateo and Santiago and husband Angel
Hobbies: Reading, cooking, listening to podcasts and volunteering in my community when I can. Also going on walks and hikes with my children because they are very outdoorsy

Something unique or interesting about you: Big family and the middle child of 9 with 4 older siblings and 4 younger siblings. I was not planning to work in education, I was planning to go to Medical School and go to the medical field but realized I was deathly afraid.
