VC Opera Presents L'Enfant et les sortilèges
Join Ventura College Opera for L'Enfant et les sortilèges (The Child and the Spells) by Maurice Ravel at Ventura College Performing Arts Center on February 1-4. A frustrated mother sends her misbehaving child to the attic. To the child’s surprise, the objects abandoned there come to life, and the animals that live in the eaves begin to speak! Colette’s timeless story and Ravel’s charming music are sure to delight audiences of all ages. The opera will be performed in English.
